I don't know what the hell I want. I am looking to buy a 4 family house when the seller is ready to sell (sometime this year), and I have about $10k of debt I'd like to pay off, as well as put about $8k in the bank for a reserve fund account. I really wanted to get my Z going soon (turbo(s) seized), but I know that while the motor is dropped I will want to upgrade the turbos as well as everything related and it will turn into a $6.5k project. This will make a huge dent in trying to my a house. I have always had problems prioritizing, especially when it comes to cars and wondering what I might expect to get for my Z as it is. 1991 black 5spd with t-tops and original bags and shades. No rust as it used to be a FL car, and other than turbos not spooling runs and drives fine. New battery just put in. Has 90k. At the same time, I would most likely be charging whatever I put into the Z and paying off within a year, so I don't think it would hurt me that much if I had this debt when going for my mortgage, as the minimum monthly payments (which they use for debt to income ratio) wouldn't be that high. I am lost
